The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

One of the many boats that graced the Oakland-Alameda Estuary during the annual Lighted Yacht Parade. This one was decorated to look like a police car. The creativity of all the boat owners was truly amazing. The event could be viewed either from Jack London Square in Oakland or from the Alameda side of the Estuary. I was fortunate enough to be able to take pictures of the parade from inside one of the Alameda Marinas. It was quite cold outside but well worth braving the elements as the parade of lighted boats was both fun and entertaining.
