This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
I was blessed to be able to photograph this beautiful gilt covered wooden Bodhisattva that dates back to the Qing Dynasty of China. The Bodhisattva was a person who was able to reach Nirvana but chose instead, apparently motivated by a sudden spontaneous wish coupled with great compassion, to attain buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. The statue rests in the rajalalitasana pose, or the posture of royal ease.
