I loved the card. Message inside was perfect (just like I requested) Only comment - the picture seemed too large for the card (glue showing on the side) Next time I will down size the picture. I have ordered many cards from fineartamerica and have been very pleased with the artist selection and quality of the art. Paul Cutright

I thought the colors could have been a little brighter but I was happy with the product!
A dramatic black and white image of the pedestrian walkway of the new eastern span of the Oakland - San Francisco Bay Bridge. I was lucky enough for all the pedestrians and the bicyclists that were out on this beautiful sunny afternoon to have rounded the corner and be out of sight which left these wonderful dramatic lines and curves of the shadows from the railing blending with the the structure of the bridge tower, the suspension cables and the painted markings of the pathway itself. Enjoy!
Thank you for visiting my website. Beautiful perspective and I love the black and white. I was just in San Francisco for a week and loved it. I didn't get a chance to see this bridge though other than from the window of a tour bus.
Her Arts Desire replied:
Thanks Amy for your kind words. This one just seemed to present best in black and white. Perhaps during your next visit to the Bay Area you'll get a chance to walk on this bridge. They are still in the process of deconstructing the old bridge -- as each section comes down the views looking out towards Oakland and Alameda keep getting better and better.

Congrats Patricia - this image has been featured in San Francisco City By The Bay Art - great capture of the new Bay Bridge section and walkway!
Her Arts Desire replied:
Thanks Bonnie for the feature and for your kind words. This was such a fun image to capture with all the different curves, lines, angles, and those of the shadows as well.
Alexey Stiop
Gorgeous B&W, Patricia! Love the patterns.
Her Arts Desire replied:
Thanks Alexey. I was really intrigued by the lines and curves of the bridge and the shadows cast by the railing. The biggest challenge in capturing this image was waiting for other pedestrians on the bridge to move out of the camera's view.

Thanks Morgan for the feature of SF Bay Bridge Pedestrian Path in BW in the 'California Dreamin' Group.
