Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Quite beautiful!
This image was created by taking a 360 degree panoramic picture at the Pigeon Point Lighthouse on the Northern California coastline. The image is then converted from rectangular coordinates to polar coordinates, giving it a fun, creative, and definitely unique viewpoint of the lighthouse. What I particularly liked is how the clouds in the sky came out in the conversion. They give the illusion that the lighthouse is emanating light out into the sky as a lighthouse should. I hope you enjoy the image as much as I do.
Thank you for visiting my website. It was Marcel Proust that said, “The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.” I love seeing the world through what could be considered a new set of eyes, my camera lens. Mostly I capture images in nature and in my general surroundings that touch my heart, that spark my imagination and/or that move my creative spirit. It is my hope you find one or more images here that touch and move you in some way as well. I invite you to browse through each of the galleries to find those images speak to you or that you know would be a perfect gift for a loved one or a friend. How very nice!!! I love what you have done with this lighthouse!!! vf
Her Arts Desire replied:
Thanks Marvin. I really appreciate your kind words. One of the things I liked about how this one came out was how the clouds look at the tip of the lighthouse -- almost as if the lighthouse is emitting a beacon of light during the daytime.
